Pattern Projector Cutting Table
The Dailey Pattern Projecting Cutting Table is designed to hold a standard 24x36” cutting mat with a fold-out wing to hold an ultra-short-throw projector.
The Finished Dimensions of the cutting table are 42” Long, 28” Wide, and 32” Tall. The height can be easily adjusted by using larger casters or using scrap material as spacers.
Our Pattern Projector Cutting Table is easy to build for even novice woodworkers. We have also designed this cutting table to be as cost-effective to build from readily available materials and hardware. You can buy everything for this project at your local home improvement center. If your local home center has a panel saw they can even use the provided cut list to cut all the essential parts for you.

Woodworking is inherently dangerous. Your safe operation of the tools below is your responsibility. If you are unskilled or uncomfortable using the necessary tools we recommend finding and hiring a local carpenter to cut the parts for you.

Materials and Cost to Build
The full material list is included in the plans and consists of two 3/4” sheets of plywood, one 1/2” sheet of plywood, four casters, three sets of drawer slides, piano hinges, and various screws.
My actual cost to build this project with locally available materials was $463.58 (circa 2022). Prices will vary based on your area, and price fluctuations based on market conditions.
This project can be completed in a weekend.
